NEXT on information dissemination in CARBOAFRICA CarboAfrica Metadata Catalogue and OGC compliant Web Mapping Viewer

CarboAfrica metadata catalogue A new dynamic metadata catalogue, specifically designed to manage CarboAfrica data, is under development. It is based on the FAO's opensource GeoNetwork technology and will allow -the general public to search and access relevant data from the CarboAfrica archive or from other GeoNetwork nodes, and -authorized users to upload data and edit metadata.

This application intends to facilitate the dissemination and sharing of geo-spatial data and information collected for or generated by the project between different CarboAfrica partners and stakeholders, as well as UN agencies and other institutions.
